All of our shipments are sent mainly by Canada Post.
If you want a different shipping way, we are open to your suggestions, if of course, you assume the full costs..



Returns

Our return policy is very simple.
Collier Universel will exchange free of charge

Any product with a manufacturing defect.

Any product shipped by our mistake (Wrong color, Incorrect size).

Customer error

If the customer has ordered the wrong size or the wrong model We will gladly exchange your ring for a good size however the return fee will be due.

If the selected ring is cheaper, a credit will be granted

If the ring is more expensive, you pay the difference.
